If you are currently playing this game on both Windows Phone and Windows 8, your progress is saved on cloud. Signing into the game every day will reward you with either bananas or coins, so make sure to keep that in mind while you are playing this game. You'll get more than 25 levels to do this on, so don't spend them on the spinning wheel unless if you have enough.Įven though you can buy them through the means of micro-transactions, you can also win these by performing the following actions: - Finding them in silver/golden pods - Winning them by competing in the online events - After collecting all fruits in a level (not area), you are able to find them on the track - Unlocking in-game achievements (to find these, click the fruit icon in the right top corner and click the middle symbol - each Xbox Live achievement is worth some tokens so go collect them!)

Note that for the latter you don't really need to pay! During your course you will encounter the "?" on some levels which indicates the spinning wheel. These coins can be used for various things: - Reviving yourself during one of your runs, unlocking the following achievement after reviving yourself 10 times: The other currency, which isn't that common, are Tokens (or what I like to call "Gru Coins").

There's not a chance that you won't pick up any during the course of the game, and you are able to use these on power-ups within the game or buying/upgrading new minions. There's two types of things you are able to pick up during the game, the first one being BA-NA-NA's. Activating the evil minion can be done by pressing the space-bar. If you are encountering the same "problem", don't forget to turn on your CAPS-lock. In my case, I can't use the numbers you can find on the right hand side I need to use the ones above the letter-part. Each direction indicates how your minion will respond in the game, and during boss battles you'll need to use 1/2/3 to fling the small enemies to your opponent.

If you are playing on a PC, you will need to use the navigation arrows. During boss battles, you'll see small enemies with some kind of cross-hair that surrounds them, which indicates that you'll need to tap on them to fling them at your opponent. Swiping up is jumping, down is rolling, and with left and right allows you to switch paths. If you are playing this game on a Windows 8 tablet, you will need to use the swipe-controls.
